Thomas Drew, outgoing commanding general for U.S. Army Human Resources Command, during a ceremony July 9, 2024, at Fort Knox, Ky. In addition to his duties as The TAG, Smith also assumes the roles of the Military Postal Service Agency executive director and Commanding General of the U.S. Army Physical Disability Agency.
