Tulsa West Tulsa Levee Commissioner, Todd Kilpatrick (L), Tulsa County Drainage District 12, and Ricky Rayford (r), engineer from the Tulsa District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers hold up the signed transfer papers for Pump Stations No. 2, No. 3, No. 4 and No. 6 at the Tulsa County Drainage District 12 office in Sand Springs, Oklahoma, July 10. The Tulsa District repaired the pump stations under Public Law 84-99 authority, which authorizes USACE to provide emergency support to state, local and tribal governments during and after natural disasters.
