TROY, N.Y. - Maj. Phillip McGrath, commander of the 42d Infantry Division Intelligence and Security Company, is awarded the unit guidon during a ceremony July 13, 2024 at the New York Army National Guard armory in Troy, New York, during which the unit is deactivated and two new units are stood up. The 42d ID Signal Intelligence and Sustainment Company and 42d ID Main Command Post Operational Detachment were activated in place of the former units during the casing and uncasing ceremony.
