PACIFIC MISSILE RANGE FACILITY, Hawaii – A Navy contractor helicopter departs Pacific Missile Range Facility (PMRF), Barking Sands, to utilize a sea-water filled fire fighting bucket while providing assistance in the Kokee wildfire, 19 July, 2024. The County of Kauai received mutual aid from PMRF and Hawaii National Guard totaling two helicopters and two fire fighting teams to assist in combating a brushfire in Kokee, Hawaii.
