Light, the senior enlisted advisor to the 1st Armored Division and Fort Bliss, for speaking at his command's NCO induction ceremony which was held at the NCO Leadership Center of Excellence on Fort Bliss, Texas, July 19, 2024. Light told the new NCOs they were empowered to make impactful changes in the ranks for the betterment of their Soldiers.
