Michael Yates, chief of the Command Assessment Program’s Operational Psychology Enterprise teaches a group of psychologists from across the Department of Defense during the CAP’s Executive Consultation: Assessing Senior Leaders course July 22, 2024 at the Hilton Arlington National Landing, Washington D.C. The course prepares psychologists to support future CAP assessments and arms them with the knowledge, skills and ability to practically apply and implement executive assessments, feedback and leadership development at their own units.
