    20th CBRNE Command

    Col. Phillip P. Murrell, a seasoned U.S. Army Explosive Ordnance Disposal officer, recently became the deputy commander for the 20th Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, Explosives (CBRNE) Command on Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland.
