Feltey, incoming Commanding General of the 1st Cavalry Division, stand together during a change of command ceremony August 2, 2024, in Boleslawiec, Poland. Upon completion of the ceremony, Admiral will his return to Fort Cavazos, Texas, and take on the role as Commanding General of III Armored Corps whereas Feltey will assume duty immediately and lead the First Team during the Division's European rotation.
