Jody Robinson, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers mechanical engineer at Kentucky Lock, points out recent updates to the Kentucky Lock construction project to Maj. Gen. Mark Quander, USACE Great Lakes and Ohio River Division commander, during a tour on July 30, 2024. Quander visited the lock to see the progress as well as to participate in a ceremony marking one million man-hours without a loss time incident, a significant safety milestone.
