PENSACOLA, Fla. (July 31, 2024) - Chief Navy Counselor Freddy (NCC) Urcuyo embraces NCC Roscoe Lombardino after his delivery of The Watch at Urcuyo's retirement ceremony at the Naval Aviation Museum.
NCC Urcuyo immigrated from Nicaragua at the age of three and joined the Navy to show his appreciation for the United States. He retired after 23 years of service.
