PENSACOLA, Fla. (July 31, 2024) - Chief Navy Counselor (NCC) Roger Givens stands by to ring the bell as NCC Roscoe Lombardino delivers The Watch at NCC Freddy Urcuyo's retirement ceremony at the Naval Aviation Museum.
NCC Urcuyo immigrated from Nicaragua at the age of three and joined the Navy to show his appreciation for the United States. He retired after 23 years of service.
