PENSACOLA, Fla. (July 31, 2024) - Master Chief Navy Counselors (NCCMs) Jayson Whalen and Sara Drake stand and look to the speaker during NCC Freddy Urcuyo's retirement ceremony at the Naval Aviation Museum.
NCC Urcuyo immigrated from Nicaragua at the age of three and joined the Navy to show his appreciation for the United States. He retired after 23 years of service.
