Mark A. Garner. U.S. Army Garrison Bavaria dedicated a street to the memory of Capt. Mark A. Garner, a member of the Hohenfels community and former commander of Bravo Company (Blackfoot), 1st Battalion, 4th Infantry Regiment, during a ceremony July 31, 2024 beside the headquarters building of 1-4 Inf. Regt. Distinguished visitors came from France, Germany and the U.S. and included mayors from local towns, leadership from the Joint Multinational Readiness Center and 7th Army Training Command, and Soldiers from the 1-4 Inf.
