Mrs. Carol Miller
Technical Directive Program Specialist
The Fleet Readiness Center Southwest leadership, along with her teammates, recognizes Mrs. Carol Miller with the Golden Wrench Award for June 2024. Her initiative, diligence, drive, and dedication were demonstrated by outstanding support for the Central Technical Publications Library program. Mrs. Miller has demonstrated the ability to manage 98% of her workload by prioritizing daily tasks at the same time taking on special tasks within the library. Throughout the reporting cycle, she performed verification of 2420 Technical Directives (TDs) inputted in the Enhanced Library Management System (ELMS) were current and applicable for use in the production shops. Mrs. Miller goes beyond what is expected of her, as the TD Program Subject Matter Expert (SME), she provides guidance to log and records, Planner & Estimators personnel for the TD Compliance Program by performing annual and self-audits, training when necessary, utilizing applicable references. Mrs. Miller’s dedication to aviation maintenance excellence and to our nation’s warfighters makes her most deserving of the Golden Wrench Award.
