Special Operations Command North and 92nd Civil Affairs Battalion personnel arrive on Little Diomede, Alaska, to conduct engagements and subject matter expert exchanges with the Alaska Native peoples during Operation Polar Dagger. Operation Polar Dagger will provide SOCNORTH the opportunity to engage with Alaska Native leadership and residents as the command continues to seek synergies between SOCNORTH activities and what the Alaska Native peoples can teach the command about thriving in the Arctic environment.
