Lt. Gen. Charles Costanza, Commanding General of U.S Army V Corps, the U.S. Army’s only forward deployed headquarters, gives opening remarks during the Nordic Senior leadership from the U.S., Norway, Sweden, Finland and Denmark all brought together to foster a continuous dialogue between the U.S. Army and our NATO allies. Finland and Sweden’s recent inclusion in NATO marks the first time in 500 hundred years that Nordic nations share a common defense.The goal of the symposium is to improve interoperability and effectiveness of NATO partners during large-scale combat operations.
