The 2d Theater Signal Brigade spotlight shines on U.S. Army Sgt. Erica Curtin, Training Room NCOIC, Alpha Company, 44th Expeditionary Signal Battalion-Enhanced.
A proficient manager of all training activities in the company, Sgt. Curtin ensures that all training is meticulously tracked and DTMS is kept current. Her proactive collaboration with the command team to organize all training is a testament to her effective management skills.
Since taking over in July, she has ensured all Soldiers in her unit stay up to date with the ACFT, Height and Weight, and Weapons qualification, having the least overdue Service Members in the Battalion.
Her proactive approach and commitment to long-range training are evident in her attendance at the last two Quarterly Planning Conferences in the Battalion. Her role in assisting her Company Command team to organize these conferences is a testament to her dedication.
She has also been instrumental in deconflicting events within the company to maximize training opportunities.
