James Comer and Mark Green cut the ribbon during the VOLAR barracks ribbon-cutting ceremony on Aug. 27, 2024, at Fort Campbell, Ky. The ceremony commemorated the opening of the new barracks which are meant to improve the quality of life for Soldiers.
