CORONADO, Calif. (July 17, 2024) – The Sea Kings football team from Corona del Mar High School in Newport Beach watch a SEAL training candidate climb an obstacle at the Naval Special Warfare Basic Training Command. The students visited NSW to learn how Navy SEALs and Special Warfare Combat Crewmen train and develop a teamwork mindset. Naval Special Warfare is the nation’s elite maritime special operations force, uniquely positioned to extend the Fleet’s reach and gain and maintain access for the Joint Force in competition and conflict.
