Military Police Soldiers from the 401st Military Police Company provide overwatch security for Iraqi police recruits as they prepare the Al Furat IP training academy grounds prior to a ribbon-cutting ceremony at the Furat local police station April 29 in Baghdad. The academy is co-located with the new station. The 401st Military Police Company carries out police transition team operations at the station to assist the IP force. The 401st MP Co., deployed from Fort Hood, Texas, is currently assigned to the 716th Military Police Battalion, 18th Military Police Brigade, Multi-National Division - Baghdad. (U.S. Army photo/Sgt.
