STENNIS SPACE CENTER, Miss. -- The Naval Small Craft Instruction and Technical Training School (NAVSCIATTS) recently hosted leadership from the Paraguay armed forces at command headquarters located on the Stennis Space Center.
Rear Adm. Walter Diaz, commander, Paraguay marine corps, and Rear Adm. Christian Rotela, chief of staff, Paraguayan navy, toured facilities and received a command brief from NAVSCIATTS staff and instructors.
NAVSCIATTS is a security cooperation schoolhouse operating under U.S. Naval Special Warfare Command in support of foreign security assistance and geographic combatant commanders' theater security cooperation priorities.
