New York, NY – Col. Clifton Kyle, incoming commander for the 353rd Civil Affairs Command, and Command Sgt. Maj. Clifford K. Lo, senior enlisted leader of the 353rd Civil Affairs Command, listen to a reading of the names of 9/11 victims during the 23rd anniversary commemoration ceremony for 9/11 victims at The National September 11 Memorial & Museum here on September 11, 2024. The ceremony included an observance of six moments of silence, acknowledging when each of the World Trade Center towers was struck and fell and the times of the attack on the Pentagon and the crash of Flight 93, and a read-aloud of names of 9/11 victims by family members.
