Benin Armed Forces [Forces Armées Béninoises] Maj. Gen. Abou Issa, Chief of Staff of the Land Forces, speaks during the African Land Forces Colloquium 2024 (ALFC 24) hosted by U.S. Army Southern European Task Force, Africa (SETAF-AF) at Padova, Italy, Sept. 11, 2024.
