GROTON, Conn. (July 25, 2024) The four Naval Research Enterprise Intern Program (NREIP) students pose with their Naval Submarine Medical Research Laboratory (NSMRL) mentors outside of NSMRL’s buildings. NSMRL hosts interns from NREIP and the Science and Engineering Apprenticeship Program (SEAP) annually. Part of Navy Medicine’s Research & Development Enterprise, and based out of Groton, Connecticut, NSMRL sustains the readiness and superiority of undersea warfighters through innovative health and performance research and works to lead the world in delivering science solutions to ensure undersea warrior dominance.
