Scott Graham, a park ranger with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Baltimore District at Raystown Lake, engages with community members during the Army Expo Sept 14 at the U.S. Army Heritage and Education Center in Carlisle, Pa. USACE, Baltimore, and Philadelphia Districts jointly engaged with thousands of attendees throughout the weekend-long event where discussions ranged from the Francis Scott Key Bridge emergency response efforts to water safety.
