Chris Bowen, a strategic planning specialist with the U.S. Army Garrison Wiesbaden Plans, Analysis, and Integration Office, leads a Army Family Action Plan working group during the first day of the USAG Wiesbaden 2024 AFAP Conference Sept. 10, 2024, at the Wiesbaden Entertainment Center on Hainerberg, Wiesbaden, Germany.
Over a three-day period, 53 Soldiers, spouses, and Civilians—acting as representatives from local tenant units, mission partner organizations, and Army families—were split into two working groups to address and prioritize a total of 71 issues.
