U.S. Marine Corps Sgt. Joshua Upright, an explosive ordnance technician with Marine Corps Base Camp Butler Explosive Ordnance Disposal, fires an M110 Semi-Automatic Sniper System during a Standoff Munitions Disruption exercise on Camp Hansen, Okinawa, Japan, Sept. 23, 2024.
