U.S. Air Force Maj. Gen. Constance Jenkins, Director of Logistics and Engineering, North American Aerospace Defense Command and U.S. Northern Command, welcomes Brig. Gen. Jose Manuel Villaseñor Reyes, Chief of Logistics Section of the Joint General Staff of the Mexican Secretariat of National Defense (SEDENA), and CAPT. Leonardo Tun Humbert, Chief of Logistics Section of the General Staff of the Navy, Secretariat of the Navy (SEMAR), and 17 other leaders to Peterson Space Force Base, Colorado, to participate in a Logistics Coordination Board (LCB) Sept. 24, 2024. The Mexican leaders engaged in Logistics Coordination Working Groups focusing on strengthening logistics capacities and readiness at all levels and expanding operational compatibility between the two nations. Simultaneous to the LCB, USNORTHCOM and SEDENA representatives met to negotiate on an Acquisition and Cross-Servicing Agreement (ACSA) to be signed on a later date. The ACSA with SEMAR was signed on Sept. 15, 2017. ACSAs allows the exchange of common types of logistical support between the U.S. military and its partners.
