From July 15-19, 2024, instructors from the Defense Institute for Medical Operations (DIMO) located at Joint Base San Antonio, Texas, conducted a disaster planning basic course in Monrovia, Liberia. The course was attended by 21 representatives from Government of Liberia agencies to strengthen key leader training and develop national and local response capability to disasters and other emergencies (courtesy photo).
