Kang Jeong-ho, commander, ROK Navy Submarine Force, right, receives a tour from Virginia-class fast-attack submarine USS Vermont’s (SSN 792) Commanding Officer U.S. Navy Cmdr. Michael Lilleberg, center, while the submarine is in port at Busan Naval Base, South Korea, Sept. 24, 2024.
