Christopher Nelson, natural resources manager with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Savannah District, releases juvenile large-mouth bass into Richard B. Russell Lake, Georgia, Aug. 20, 2024. Nelson, along with personnel from the Georgia Department of Natural Resources – Wildlife Resources Division, released the bass into the lake to help create a healthy, ecosystem.
