Mr. Darryl Colvin and Mrs. Griselda Colvin presented a baby cup to Alexandra Hillman, JPEO-CBRND Public Affairs Officer and new parent at the JPEO-CBRND Birthday Town Hall. In the spring of 2024, the JPEO-CBRND celebrated their birthday with a workforce All Hands meeting that included the presentation of "Baby Cups" that honored the growing families of staff who had children during the previous year. The workforce plays a critical role in ensuring that commitment is fulfilled. The Baby Cups tradition is one of several "People First" initiatives Mr. Colvin has implemented at the organization. For Mr. & Mrs. Colvin, this tradition not only honors new JPEO family members, but emphasizes the significance of a strong support system.
