The two squadrons, from Carrier Air Wing (CVW) 3, that provided aircraft for the flyover are the "Fighting Swordsmen" of Strike Fighter Squadron (VFA) 32 and the "Wildcats" of Strike Fighter Squadron (VFA) 131.
