Col. Michelle M. Coumbs, 367th Recruiting Group commander, passes the 351st Recruiting Squadron guidon to Maj. Micah D. Bluto as she assumes command of the 351st Recruiting Squadron at Dobbins Air Reserve Base, Ga. Oct. 3, 2024.
