SRF-JRMC’s Yokosuka Dive Locker conducted driver training for two Master Labor Contract (MLC) divers in the dive pool on board Commander Fleet Activities Yokosuka. The divers practiced buddy breathing and underwater rescue techniques in an effort to obtain their diving certification. Lt. Masis Torosyan, the command’s Diving Officer, and Master Diver Senior Chief Alberto Alejo conducted the training. SRF-JRMC’s Diver Locker is the only one in the U.S. Navy that has both Sailor and foreign national divers.
