The celebration of being on nuclear alert for 62 years, the 341st Missile Wing held an event engaging multiple squadrons across the base. During this event, tours were provided to showcase parts of the mission that most people don’t see everyday, providing a new insight to those who participated. The patch contains three prominent elements that showcase the mission at Malmstrom AFB. A bison skull highlights "big sky country", the part of the country where our mission takes place. The Minuteman III missile is shown launching from a globe, representing our mission around the globe.
