U.S. Army Spc. Chibuzor Anih, culinary specialist, 18th Combat Sustainment Support Battalion, 16th Sustainment Brigade, uses a blow torch to create creme brulee during the cooking portion of the 21st Theater Sustainment Command Chef of the Year Competition at the Stronger Together Cafe, Wiesbaden, Germany, on October 17, 2024. The first portion of the competition requires culinary specialists to create a three-course meal using mystery ingredients within two and a half hours where the meals are then presented in front of judges. The Chef of the Year competition is designed to enhance the 21st TSC's food service program by providing incentive and recognition to outstanding culinarians across the European theater.
