Susan Wainaina, 18th Combat Sustainment Support Battalion, 16th Sustainment Brigade, puts final touches on her dish before presenting it to judges during the cooking portion of the 21st Theater Sustainment Command Chef of the Year Competition at the Stronger Together Cafe, Wiesbaden, Germany, on October 17, 2024.
