TEAM POPE HIGHLIGHT: This #TeamPopeHighlight features Airman 1st Class Liam Damitz from the 43rd Comptroller Squadron. Recently, Damitz was awarded Senior Airman Below the Zone – a competitive program in the U.S. Air Force that allows certain Airmen to advance to the grade of E-4 six months early!
He has been making an impact not only at Pope, but throughout his Air Force career. After being named a technical training school distinguished graduate, he came to the installation and created an infographic to aid Airmen going on deployments navigate their entitlements. In addition to his primary duties, he is also fancied a graphic designer! Working with the 43rd Air Mobility Operations Group Chapel, Liam designed the Chaplain coin to include a QR code to help connect Airmen with Religious Affairs services.
