Romona Englund, Michigan Technological University's facility security officer and Insider Threat Program senior official, holds the Jack Donnelly Award for Excellence in Counterintelligence after it was presented to the university by Andrew Lochli, DCSA assistant director for Counterintelligence and Insider Threat, at the university's Oct. 11, 2024 MTU Board of Trustees meeting.
The award - presented only to entities that are cleared by the federal government to deter, detect and disrupt the theft of classified information - recognized MTU for being a national leader in counterintelligence.
