The combined U.S. and Canada team responsible for the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) project providing Mobile User Objective System (MUOS) access to Canada met in Ottawa from July 10 -11, 2024 to celebrate a successful Initial Operational Capability (IOC) event and kick off the Operations and Sustainment (O&S) phase.
