Clearing, grubbing and burning of debris is now complete at WSLP contract 103. Grading the alignments sand base to +2.5 elevation in preparation for wick drain installation is underway. Construction is also preparing for a pre-load area on Frenier Road and installing an access road as well. WSLP contract 103 is scheduled to be complete in Spring 2028.
