Sherraye Carter, 623rd Air Control Squadron noncommissioned officer in charge of command and control integrations, and Senior Airman Jaedan Delzotti, 623rd ACS cyber systems officer, set up the Tactical Operations Center-Light (TOC-L) systems during exercise Keen Sword 25 at Misawa Air Base, Japan, Oct. 28, 2024. Keen Sword provides realistic, relevant training that increases the Air Force’s abilities to plan, communicate, and conduct complex multi-domain operations. Keen Sword is a biennial, joint and bilateral field-training exercise involving U.S. military and Japan Self-Defense Force personnel, designed to increase readiness and interoperability while strengthening the ironclad U.S.-Japan alliance.
