    U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Natural Resources Conservation Service Daniel Fisher, Alaska snow survey program manager, and Keegan Krantz, senior hydrologic technician, assemble the precipitation gage of a Snow Telemetry (SNOTEL) site, at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska, Oct. 8, 2024.
