Members from the Operation Blue Roof team collect Right of Engineers (ROE) information from homeowners in a Lowes parking lot in Orange City, Florida. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Mobile Command Vehicle (MCV) provides mobile communications and operations workspace to support emergency response missions. USACE has been tasked by FEMA to assist eligible homeowners with temporary roof repairs through the Operation Blue Roof program.
