Tedford, with the 154th Regiment, Regional Training Institute, out of Camp Shelby, Miss., earns the title of Noncommissioned Officer (NCO) of the Year during the Mississippi Army National Guard's 2013 Best Warrior Competition at Camp McCain, Miss., Feb. 21, 2013.
