Civilian employers and Airmen prepare for an orientation flight aboard the 106th Rescue Wing's HH-60W Jolly Green II search and rescue helicopter at Francis S. Gabreski Air National Guard Base, Westhampton Beach, N.Y., Nov. 2. The flight was part of the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) 'Boss Lift' program, designed to provide employers with a firsthand look at the critical search and rescue missions of the 106th Rescue Wing.
