Lieutenant Dylan Pennell, currently assigned to Naval Surface and Mine Warfighting Development Center in Virginia Beach, VA, is an Anti-Submarine Warfare / Anti-Surface Warfare (ASW/ASUW) Warfare Tactics Instructor (WTI). He is one of several WTI’s embarked on Churchill to help its Sailors hone their warfighting capability in numerous warfare areas, October 29, 2024. Churchill, assigned to the Gerald R Ford Carrier Strike Group (GRFCSG), is underway in the U.S. 2nd Fleet area of operations conducting Surface Warfare Advanced Tactical Training (SWATT).
