    The Ronald Reagan Ballistic Missile Defense Test Site, or RTS, tracks an unarmed Minuteman III intercontinental ballistic missile launch Nov. 5 from Vandenberg Air Force Base, California, during Air Force Global Strike Command’s Glory Trip-251 operational test.
