FORT CARSON, Colo. — Kevin Murphy, right, and John O’Brien, both with 4th Infantry Division Operations (G-3), serve up their concoctions to Soldiers during the chili cook-off during the 2024 Combined Federal Campaign kickoff event at the William “Bill” Reed Special Events Center Nov. 19, 2024. Murphy took top honors for the best and spiciest chili categories as O’Brien won for the most unique category.
